Why Extension?
What is your current role as part of the extension team?
I love working with people and Purdue University! My job combines both to create a set of challenges unique to Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant. On the fellowship side, I am the contact person for all awards that must go IISG. I am here to help students; answer questions, proofread statements, keep candidates informed of the fellowship status.
On the research side, I assist Dr. Tomas Höök and Carolyn Foley with everything IISG-related. I am a keeper of the books; maintaining the continually-growing database of PIs.
